Dr. Olivia Ross has lived in several places growing up but spent most of her time in Pittsburgh, PA. She attended North Carolina State University for her undergraduate and has stayed in the Triangle Area ever since. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 2015.

Not sure what direction she wanted to take after graduation, she took some time off and tried out a few fun jobs. The most memorable was working as a guide for horseback trail rides through Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. When she returned to North Carolina, she started working as a veterinary assistant at a small animal hospital. It was there that she found her passion for veterinary medicine and decided that she wanted to take the next step in her career by attending veterinary school. I attended North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2021.

After graduation, she was very excited to join the Lake Pine Animal Hospital family. Her favorite part about veterinary medicine is being able to make life-long connections with clients and their pets! She really enjoys performing surgeries and dentistry, but also has a special fondness for cats and senior patients. As a Fear Free Certified professional, she strives to make every veterinary visit comfortable and stress-free for all patients!

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Lyla and RZA, and cat, Kimchi. She also loves traveling, spending time outdoors, gardening, hiking, and rock climbing.

She looks forward to working with you and your pet!
